Who it is for

Files that drifted, and files that never started right

A cleanup is a one-time project with a defined end. After it, you either keep the file yourself or hand it over. Both are fine.

Questions

QuickBooks questions we get asked

How long does a cleanup take?

It depends entirely on how many months are affected and how many transactions sit in them. Robert gives you a timeline along with the quote after reviewing the file, rather than guessing at it beforehand.

Can you fix it without me stopping work?

Yes. Cleanup happens alongside your normal operations. You will get questions along the way, because some transactions only you can identify, but they come in batches rather than one at a time.

Should I move from Desktop to Online?

Sometimes, and sometimes not. It depends on how you work and which features you rely on. Robert works in both and has no reason to push you either way, so you will get a straight answer rather than a sales one.

Do I have to keep paying after the cleanup?

No. A cleanup is a one-time project and it ends. Many clients do stay on for monthly bookkeeping afterwards, because a clean file is cheap to keep clean and expensive to let slide again, but that is your call to make.

What does ProAdvisor certification actually mean?

It means Intuit has tested and certified Robert on QuickBooks, and that he is listed in their public directory of advisors. It is a credential you can go and verify yourself rather than take on trust.
